Message & Mission
Millennial Media is a mission-driven editorial and creative agency; therefore, we are seeking clients who fit within the scope of our organization’s foundational values, message, and purpose. We work predominately with Christian ministers who adhere to a Spirit-filled doctrinal message. We also work with Christian business professionals, authors, and leaders who adhere to the same doctrinal message in both their personal lifestyle and public platform.

Quality Project
Millennial Media upholds high industry standards; therefore, we are seeking projects that deliver quality in both substance and style. As a result of our professional expertise and reputation, we evaluate each project presented to us carefully and prayerfully. We do not commit ourselves to projects that are not yet ready for professional editorial or production assistance.

Preparation & Timing
Millennial Media is committed to the principle of stewardship; therefore, we schedule clients and projects that have been fully vetted in the Discovery Stage of Plan to Publish. We consider the many implications and requirements necessary to complete each project and evaluate a project’s merit based on its level of preparation and time frame for completion.

In 2020, we updated our production system and launched Plan to Publish, our signature acquisition and onboarding process for all Millennial Media clients. This new streamlined technique gives prospective clients the Master Key to our full suite of creative services by connecting the right client to the right service at the right time. This process consists of three onboarding track options and four easy-to-understand phases that enable our clients to walk through the entire production process seamlessly from introduction to project completion!

Book Production Track
Access the Book Production Signature Suite
This track is curated for clients who are interested in any of our editorial or design packages required for book production. Editorial services range from developmental editing and ghostwriting to transcribing and proofreading. Design service options include cover art, typesetting, and illustration.

Plan to Publish Phases
Plan to Publish is an easy-to-understand process that takes 4 simple steps to complete from beginning to end.

Phase 1: Discovery
This first phase of Plan to Publish allows us to become acquainted with our clients and see if their platform and project are a good fit for our team. During this stage, potential clients fill out an application and complete a discovery workbook.

Phase 2: Acquisitions & Onboarding
If we’ve approved the inquiring client’s application and manuscript or project submission, this second phase provides us the opportunity to discuss execution details during a free initial consultation. Afterwards, we will assemble a project proposal and terms and conditions packet. Once the client approves and authorizes the terms, we will assign a production time to the project on our calendar and officially welcome the client to our team.

Phase 3: Production
This third phase is where all the action happens! Our team will be working diligently on the project and will be in regular communication with the client regarding revisions and project details.

Phase 4: Delivery
This final phase completes the Plan to Publish process! Final project files will be completed and released to client.
